By using Autonoma ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Autonoma is an End-to-End ERP, CRM, and AI Automation platform for Malaysian SMEs and growing businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

4. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorise Autonoma to publish content on your behalf using the TikTok Content Posting API. You remain responsible for all content published through your account. You may revoke this access at any time through TikTok's connected apps settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Publishing spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Using the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
